  • Client base grew +44% (2025 vs 2024)

  • 45% of the entire 2025 client base came in Sept–Dec

  • Oct–Dec YoY revenue growth: +23.1%

  • New client share growth (Dec YoY): +56.5%

  • Oct → Dec revenue growth: +48.38% (2025) vs +28.07% (2024)
    → +20.31 percentage points faster growth

 

Takeaway
This wasn’t about “posting more.” It was about tightening the systems behind growth: clarity, consistency, client flow, and execution.

Wellness Center Startup Build
— From Vision to Revenue (Apr–Sept 2025)

A wellness business came to me with a rough idea and a vision — but no clear structure to operate, sell, or scale. I took the concept and built the full foundation needed to run day-to-day, attract clients, and generate revenue.

What I built

  • Found and secured a suitable location + supported full on-site setup

  • Created the full service structure, client flow, and operational workflows

  • Built the booking system, pricing strategy, and revenue model

  • Hired and trained staff with clear standards and delivery expectations

  • Implemented simple marketing execution to drive consistent bookings

  • Built systems to reduce founder dependency and stabilize operations

 

Results

  • Revenue started by the end month 2

  • By month 5, the business was on track toward break-even and hitting goals
